Cafe Mocha Recipe

Ingredients
- Single Shot Espresso (or)
- Ristretto
- Cup Size - 220 ml
- Milk - 200 to 220 grams
- Choco Powder - 5 to 7 grams
- Coco Powder - 3 to 5 grams
Directions
- Extract a cup of single shot espresso or a ristretto
- Mix the espresso with choco powder and coco powder until all are dissolved
- Froth the milk to around 60 to 65 degrees celsius
- If the milk have too much foam, scoop some out
- Pour the milk foam into the mix to create a desired image using any drawing methods
- Add any desired topping on the milk foam
