Throw Down Method
Ingredients
- Single Shot Espresso (or)
- Ristretto
- Cup Size - 220 to 240 ml
- Milk - 200 to 220 grams
Directions
- Extract a cup of single shot espresso or a ristretto
- Froth the milk to around 55 to 60 degrees celsius
- Pour the milk foam into the espresso to create a desired image
