Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cup Size - 220 ml
  • Milk - 200 to 220 grams
  • Matcha Powder - 3 grams
  • Green Tea Syrup - 5 grams
  • Hot Water - 30 grams

Directions

  • Froth the milk to around 60 to 65 degrees celsius
  • If the milk have too much foam, scoop some out
  • Pour 30 grams of hot water in the specified cup
  • Mix the hot water with matcha powder and green tea syrup
  • Pour the milk foam into the espresso to create a desired image using any drawing methods
  • Add any desired topping on the milk foam
