Iced Mango Frappe Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cup Size - 360 ml
  • Mango Fruit - 100 to 150 grams
  • Vanilla Frappe Powder - 10 grams
  • Evaporated Milk - 30 grams
  • Ding Fong Mango Syrup - 20 grams
  • Ice - 200 grams
  • Whipped Cream Optional

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender
  • If the mango is frozen, add 30 to 50 grams of milk
  • Blend them until the ice is into small bits but not dissolved
  • Pour the contents into a specifed cup
  • Add whipped cream as topping if wanted
