Ice Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients
- Cup Size - 360 ml
- Milk - 150 grams
- Ice - 100 grams
- Matcha Powder - 5 grams
- Green Tea Syrup - 15 grams
- Hot Water - 30 grams
- Frappe Sauce - 10 grams
Directions
- Pour the milk into the specified cup
- Put ice into the milk
- Mix 5 grams of condensed milk and 5 grams of evaporated milk to make the frappe sauce
- Add the frappe sauce into the iced milk
- Pour 30 grams of hot water in the specified cup
- Mix the hot water with matcha powder and green tea syrup
- Pour the mix into the iced milk along with any desired toppings
