Iced Signature Latte Recipe

Ingredients
- Double Shot Espresso (or)
- Ristretto
- Cup Size - 360 ml
- Milk - 150 grams
- Ice - 100 grams
- Frappe Sauce - 10 grams
- Sugar Syrup - 5 grams
Directions
- Pour the milk into the specified cup
- Mix 5 grams of condensed milk and 5 grams of evaporated milk to make the frappe sauce
- Add the frappe sauce and the specified amount of sugar syrup into the milk
- Put ice into the milk
- Extract a cup of ristretto or a double shot espresso
- Pour the espresso into the iced milk
